My name is Liz Gilbert and I am a therapist who works with adults, teens, families, and couples. I approach therapy from a somatic and mindfulness-based perspective. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I support clients in building an expanded awareness of themselves through bringing attention to what's happening in the physical and emotional body.
